Commission-based service
TradeBridge Global does not normally hold inventory. We earn a commission or agreed service fee when our sourcing, matching or coordination work contributes to a completed transaction.
Disclosure before commitment
The applicable fee basis, paying party and payment trigger are disclosed and agreed before a matched transaction proceeds. A fee may be paid by the buyer, supplier or incorporated into the commercial structure, depending on the engagement.
Independent decisions
Buyers and suppliers remain responsible for approving specifications, pricing, contracts, inspections, payments and logistics. Contact us with any question about compensation on a specific transaction.
